The suspect allegedly had outstanding warrants for assault with a deadly weapon.

FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- A man is in custody after he barricaded himself while armed inside a Five Below store in Richmond, according to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office.
FBCSO said Ramsey Jones, 33, is an employee of the store located in the 10300 block of West Grand Parkway South. Deputies said they responded to that location for a disturbance call early Saturday morning.
Investigators said preliminary information suggested Jones allegedly tried to hit multiple people with a car in the parking lot before barricading himself inside the store while armed.
Deputies said that, following negotiations with law enforcement, Jones surrendered and was taken into custody without incident.
FBCSO said that Jones was booked into jail and charged with five counts of aggravated assault on a public servant and two outstanding warrants for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
